Cost Optimization:
I’ve heard a lot about cloud cost overruns, and I don’t want to fall into that trap. What are some proven strategies to keep costs under control once we’ve migrated? How do we ensure we’re not paying for unused or over-provisioned resources?
Security & Compliance:
Security is a big concern, especially with sensitive data. I’m specifically looking for someone with expertise in cloud computing security services, but I’m also worried about staying compliant with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). How do we ensure we’re on the right track here?
Pitfalls to Avoid:
I’ve read horror stories about cloud migration projects that went wrong. What are some of the most common mistakes people make, and how can we avoid them?

Has anyone here gone through a similar experience? Any advice or real-world examples would be incredibly helpful. I’m looking for someone who has been there, done that, and can point me in the right direction!
