👉 This is compliant with UK law as long as it is clearly stated (which it now is).

9. Community Standards

You agree to:

  • Behave respectfully
  • Not engage in harmful or abusive conduct

We may remove users who breach these standards without refund.

10. Changes to Pricing

We may change our pricing.

  • You will receive reasonable advance notice
  • Changes apply to future billing cycles only

You may cancel before the new price takes effect.

👉 This is required for fairness under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Changes to Services

We may modify or improve our services over time.

Where possible, we will ensure the service remains of comparable value.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership if:

  • You fail to make payment
  • You breach these Terms
  • You engage in inappropriate behaviour
